Support¶

CruiseControl.NET is Open Source Software, so "free" support is primarily available through the community itself.

Support is available mainly through:

• Mailing lists
• Public chat
• Forums
• Wiki

Before you start a new support query, make sure you've done the appropriate searching:

• the project's FAQ
• the Mailing lists archive
• the project's issue tracker

Please do not create new tickets on our issue tracker for asking a support question about CruiseControl.NET. Only use it for real and new bugs, feature requests and patches. if you want to create a new ticket, please do so only after reading our New Ticket Guidelines. The more a new ticket complies with those guidelines, the higher the chances are that it will be fixed.
